Work through these in order.
1. Check whether it is us
Open status.pictor.pro. If there is an incident, it will be listed there and we are already on it.
2. Refresh properly
A hard refresh — Ctrl+Shift+R on Windows, Cmd+Shift+R on a Mac — reloads everything rather than using what your browser has cached.
3. Try a different browser
If Pictor loads in another browser, the problem is local. Clearing your original browser's cache usually fixes it.
4. Work out how much is affected
-
One event will not open — the event may be mid-save, or another person may have it open
-
Nothing loads at all — likely your connection or a browser extension
-
It loads but is very slow — usually the network
5. Check your connection
Open another site. If everything is slow, it is not Pictor.
Still stuck?
Contact support and include: what you were doing, what you saw, your browser, and whether another browser works. That is usually enough for us to find it on the first reply.
