There are three kinds of listing. The difference decides what you actually get.

The Marketplace filter names all three kinds, with what each one gives you.
You can sell all three. You sell things you have already built in Pictor — a preset, a template or a prompt that is already in your account. You cannot create something new from inside the Marketplace.

Only a Full Experience gives you a Create Event button after you buy it.
