Everything to do with licences, payment and tokens is under Billing.
Open Billing
Click Billing in the menu. It has three tabs:

Your licences
The Licenses tab opens on Active tier, then Monthly subscriptions with a count.
Licences are grouped by plan. Each group shows the plan name, how many licences you hold of it and the price per licence per month. Under the group, one row per licence with its Next billing date and a ⋮ actions button.
Note - Licences are individual and licensed per device. If you hold five and only need three, cancel two and keep the rest.
Your licence stays active until the next billing date.
Add a licence
Click Add license and choose the plan and billing period.
Tip - Buy the tier your events actually need . A Pro event on two booths needs two Pro licences; a Premium event alongside it needs its own Premium licence. See How many licences you need.
Cancel a licence

Go to the Licenses tab.

Find the licence you want to stop and click its ⋮ button.

Choose Cancel license.

Read the confirmation, then click Cancel license again.
The confirmation names the licence and gives you the exact date:
Cancel license Are you sure you want to cancel your Pro license? Your license will remain active until the next billing date: 2026-10-21
Important - Cancelling stops the renewal. It does not switch the licence off. It keeps working until that date, so events already booked inside the period are unaffected.
If you change your mind at this point, click Keep license — nothing happens.
Confirming a cancellation tells you the exact date it runs to.
Once confirmed, that licence's row swaps Next billing for Cancels on, with the same date.
A cancelled licence shows Cancels on instead of Next billing.
Changed your mind?
A cancelled licence can be brought back, any time before the date arrives.

Click the licence's ⋮ button.

Choose Reactivate.

Confirm with Reactivate license.
Reactivate license Are you sure you want to reactivate your Pro license? Your license will be reactivated and will renew on: 2026-10-21
The renewal date is the one it already had — reactivating does not move it or start a new period.
Reactivating restores the renewal date it already had.
Payment methods
On the Payment tab you can Add card, Set as default, and remove cards you no longer use. Each card shows its expiry.
Important - Deleting a card cannot be undone. Make sure another card is set as Default first, or your next renewal will fail.
Tip - Check your default card's expiry date well before a busy season.
Cards live on the Payment tab, not on a licence.
Invoices
The Invoices tab lists every invoice with its date, description, amount and status, and lets you download each one.
Every past charge, with a download for each.
Buying tokens
Click Top up to open Purchase tokens and choose a package. If you have a coupon, use Have a coupon code? before paying.
Tip - Larger packages cost significantly less per token. If you run AI events regularly, buying in bulk is worth it — tokens do not expire.
Free trials
Any complimentary licences on your account appear under Free trials, with their device count and expiry.
