Event code

Every event has a short event code. Anyone with it can open the booth on a device without signing in to your account.

Find it

1. Open your event.

2. On the Launchpad, look under Event access.

3. Click Copy event code.

Note - The code is created when you first save the event.

Send it to someone

1. Click Share code in the event header.

2. Enter their Email address.

3. Click Send.

You will see "Event code sent to …". They receive the code and can open the booth with it.

Tip - Use Share code rather than copying it into your own email. It is quicker and you cannot mistype the code.

Important - Anyone with the code can open your booth. Send it only to the staff running the event.
