Every event has a short **event code**. Anyone with it can open the booth on a device without signing in to your account.

### **Find it**

1. Open your event.

2. On the **Launchpad**, look under **Event access**.

3. Click **Copy event code**.

**Note -** The code is created when you first save the event.

### **Send it to someone**

1. Click **Share code** in the event header.

2. Enter their **Email address**.

3. Click **Send**.

You will see *"Event code sent to …"*. They receive the code and can open the booth with it.

**Tip -** Use **Share code** rather than copying it into your own email. It is quicker and you cannot mistype the code.

**Important -** Anyone with the code can open your booth. Send it only to the staff running the event.
