Work through these in order.

### **1. Check whether it is us**

Open [**status.pictor.pro**](http://status.pictor.pro). If there is an incident, it will be listed there and we are already on it.

### **2. Refresh properly**

A hard refresh — **Ctrl+Shift+R** on Windows, **Cmd+Shift+R** on a Mac — reloads everything rather than using what your browser has cached.

### **3. Try a different browser**

If Pictor loads in another browser, the problem is local. Clearing your original browser's cache usually fixes it.

### **4. Work out how much is affected**

* **One event will not open** — the event may be mid-save, or another person may have it open

* **Nothing loads at all** — likely your connection or a browser extension

* **It loads but is very slow** — usually the network

### **5. Check your connection**

Open another site. If everything is slow, it is not Pictor.

### **Still stuck?**

Contact support and include: what you were doing, what you saw, your browser, and whether another browser works. That is usually enough for us to find it on the first reply.
