Pictor separates access from usage.

  • Licenses let you start Events

  • Tokens control how much content is generated (photos, AI, video)

You need both to run real Events.

Subscriptions & Licenses

Subscriptions can be Monthly or Annual and include one license tier: Basic, Pro, or Premium.

Higher tiers are backward compatible:

  • Pro runs Basic Events

  • Premium runs Basic and Pro Events

Please note that upgrading does not affect events that are live.

Notes Before You Buy

When you create a Pictor account, you can️ can see all related features and test events, but you you can’t start events without a license.

Billing Rules

Monthly licenses

  • Share one billing date

  • Added mid-cycle → pro-rated

Annual licenses

  • Renew independently unless bought together

Volume Discounts

Discounts apply automatically based on active licenses:

  • 5–9 licenses → 10% off

  • 10+ licenses → 15% off

Cancellations

Canceled licenses stay active until the next billing date, then expire. Events are never cut off mid-cycle.

Tokens

  • New accounts get 25 free tokens

  • Tokens are used to generate photos, AI photos, and videos

  • Tokens can be topped up anytime

  • Tokens are separate from licenses
