**On Screen Delivery** shows guests their finished photo or video on the booth screen, where they can download it straight away. They never have to give an email address or phone number.

**Note -** Available on all plans.

### **When to use it**

* **Privacy-restricted events** where you are not permitted to collect contact details at all

* **Virtual booths**, where guests are already on their own device and can save the file directly

* **As a backup**, alongside email, so a guest who mistypes their address still leaves with their photo

### **Add the stage**

1. Open your event and click the **Flow** tab.

2. Click **+** and choose **On Screen Delivery**.

3. Place it **after Preview Output**.

4. Save the event.

### **Set it up**

**Copy** — **Title**, **Subtitle** and **Body**: what guests read while they wait and when the output appears.

| **Setting** | **What it does** |
| ------------------------ | -------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Indicator type** | **Progress bar** or **Spinner** while the output renders |
| **Download button text** | The wording of the download button |
| **Next button text** | The wording of the button that moves them on |

**Tip -** Make the download button say what it gives them — "Save my photo" beats "Download". On a touchscreen in a crowd, the clearer label gets pressed.

**Tip -** A **Progress bar** suits longer renders because guests can see it moving. A **Spinner** is better for short ones, where a progress bar that jumps to full instantly looks broken.

### **Keeping your queue moving**

**Important -** This is the one thing to plan for. A guest who stands at the booth watching their output render can occupy it for **3–5 minutes**, which drastically cuts how many people you get through.

Rendering begins before guests reach this stage, so the wait is shorter than it looks — but it is not nothing.

**Tip -** Put something worth watching between capture and delivery — a sponsor video or branded content on a **Media Screen** stage. Guests wait happily and your throughput stays high.

**Tip -** At a high-volume event, pair On Screen Delivery with email. Guests who do not want to wait can leave an address and walk away.
