A Sharing Station is a second screen where guests find and send their own photos. The booth keeps capturing while they do it, so your queue keeps moving.

**Note -** A Sharing Station makes an event **Pro**.

### **Turn it on**

1. Open your event and click **Output**.

2. Expand **Sharing Station** and switch it on.

### **Choose how guests can share**

Enable any combination.

**Important -** If you are running the station in a browser, do not rely on AirDrop — it will not work there. Use QR code as the offline-friendly option instead.

### **Write what guests see**

| **Field**    | **What it is**                        |

| **Title**    | The heading at the top of the station |
| **Subtitle** | A line under it                       |
| **Body**     | Instructions for guests               |

**Tip -** Use the Body line to tell guests what to do — "Find your photo and tap it" beats leaving them to work it out at a busy event.

### **Brand it**

**Customize styles** opens the appearance settings: background colour, title, subtitle and body colours, button colours, the share dialog's colours, font size and corner radius.

**Background media** sets an image or video behind the station, with separate **Default**, **Desktop**, **Tablet** and **Mobile** slots. *"Device-specific slots fall back to Default."*

**Tip -** Set the **Default** slot at minimum. The others are only worth doing if you know the station will run on a particular device shape.

### **Run it**

1. Open your event's **Launchpad**.

2. In the **Control panel**, click **Sharing Station**.

3. Open it on the device you are using as the station.

Sessions appear automatically as guests use the booth.

**Note -** If a photo is still being generated, guests can still send it. They receive the finished version once it is ready.

### **Before the event**

Run a **Simulation test**, open the Sharing Station, and send yourself a photo by each method you have enabled. Sharing methods fail quietly, and this is the only way to find out before a guest does.
