**Who it's for:** You offer guests both email and text, and want one of them selected first.

**What it does:** When both are enabled, guests see one option already selected on the sharing screen. Choosing the right one for your crowd saves a tap and reduces mistakes at busy moments.

### **Steps**

1. Open your event and click the **Flow** tab.

2. Open the **Share Output** stage.

3. Make sure both **Email** and **SMS** are enabled.

4. Set **Default sharing option** to **Email** or **SMS**.

5. Save the event.

**Note -** This applies to the in-booth sharing screen **and** the standalone Sharing Station.

**Tip -** Pick SMS for US events, where most guests prefer texting. Pick email at venues with weak signal — an email sends as soon as the guest's phone reconnects.

**Note -** Guests can still switch to the other option.

### **Customize country codes for SMS**

**Who it's for:** Your guests are all from one country, or a known handful, and you want the phone number field to reflect that.

**What it does:** Limits the country menu guests see when entering their number, so nobody scrolls a global list or picks the wrong code.

### **Steps**

1. Open your event and click the **Flow** tab.

2. Open the **Share Output** stage and find **SMS settings**.

3. Switch on **Limit country codes**.

4. Use **Add country** to build your **Allowed countries** list. **Search country** helps you find one.

5. Save the event.

**Note -** If you allow a single country, it is pre-selected automatically — you do not need to set a default as well.

**Note -** To set a starting country without restricting the list, leave **Limit country codes** off and set **Default SMS country code** instead. It is added to numbers guests type without a code.

**Important -** Guests whose country is not on your list **cannot enter a number at all**. If there is any chance of international guests, either add their countries or leave the limit off.

**Tip -** For a US-only event, allowing just **United States (+1)** removes the country menu as a source of mistakes entirely.

### **Customize or remove email domain suggestions**

**Who it's for:** Corporate events where most guests share a company domain, or events where the standard suggestions are just noise.

**What it does:** As guests type their email address, Pictor suggests a domain to finish it. By default it suggests [**gmail.com**](http://gmail.com), [**yahoo.com**](http://yahoo.com), [**icloud.com**](http://icloud.com) and [**hotmail.com**](http://hotmail.com).

### **Steps**

1. Open your event and click the **Flow** tab.

2. Open the **Share Output** stage and find **Email settings**.

3. Switch on **Customize email suggestions**.

4. Use **Add domain** to build your **Email suggestion domains** list.

5. Save the event.

**Important -** Your list **replaces** the four built-in suggestions rather than adding to them. For a corporate event with outside guests, add the company domain **and** the common ones you still want.

**Note -** An empty list turns suggestions off completely.

**Tip -** At a single-company event, one domain is faster for everyone. At a mixed event, replacing the defaults with only the company domain will slow down every guest who is not staff.
