Pictor sends a **link** to the photo rather than attaching the file. Guests tap the link to view and save their photo.

If the text arrives with **no link at all**, the message is missing its placeholder.

### **Fix it**

1. Open your event and click the **Output** tab.

2. Expand **Sharing Station** and find **SMS settings**.

3. Check that **Message content** contains **`{{contentURL}}`**.

Copy it exactly. There is no **`#`** or any other character in front of it.

**Example**

*The message must contain {{contentURL}}, exactly as written.*

**Important -** Adding a character in front of the token — for example **`#{{contentURL}}`** — will still save, but your guests will receive that character in their message and the link may not work.

**Note -** New events start with a working default: *"Your output is ready, check it out here: {{contentURL}}"*. If you have not changed it, this is not your problem — see **Troubleshooting: Email & Text Delivery**.
